This is one of the most popular questions I get asked. Unfortunately, this isn’t such an easy question to answer.

Individuals that have a clean diet will get faster and longer lasting results than a person who tends to eat fatty, greasy, salty or sugary foods a bit too often.
Over the course of 2.5 months I used twelve wraps, and this was my result below. My eating habits were not great, but I wanted to see what type of results with the It Works Wraps.
Every person’s body has a different chemical makeup, body composition, lifestyle, toxicity level and environment.
Every person sees results at different times when using the wraps.
Every person’s body is different and reacts in it’s own time to the botanical ingredient in the cream. Some people see great results after their first wrap, others it may take more.When you wrap, you should keep your wrap on at least 45 minutes. Many people do see results after just 45 minutes. But, you will see continuous results over the next 72 hours.
Make sure you…
- Drink the REQUIRED amount of water
- Follow my pre wrapping instructions
- Make good food choices
- Don’t drink alcohol or any kind of soda pop, regular or diet
- Don’t smoke cigarettes or anything else
- Don’t exercise with the wrap on
- Don’t shower too soon after wrapping
- Make sure the cream has 6-8 hours to soak into your pores
